Kofi Baiden is a brand strategist and designer with more than seven years of experience in branding, visual communication and digital design. He founded Sofalounge to give internationals in China a place to connect, express themselves, collaborate and find new opportunities.

His own time as an international student in China taught him that a creative career takes more than talent. It takes knowing how to position yourself, communicate your value, build real relationships and turn ideas into opportunities.

He works with students and emerging creatives who want to build a career in design, strengthen a portfolio, develop a personal brand or start a project of their own. He also designs and builds websites, so he can help you turn your portfolio or project into a site that works. Expect practical insight, honest feedback and help thinking through your next step. He won't claim to have every answer, but he believes in learning by doing, sharing what works and connecting people with the right resources.
